Quando publiquei a receita de Lagarto com mussarela e presunto, o que fez mais sucesso foi uma cestinha de queijo que acompanhava o prato com folhas verdes e frutas.

É muito simples, divertido até.
Siga os passos:
Em uma frigideira antiaderente, coloque queijo parmesão ralado grosso (pode ser queijo provone em rodelas também).
Não acerte as bordas. As cestinhas ficam mais bonitas irregulares.
Quando as bordas começarem a dourar, solte-as com uma espátula.
Vire e deixe alguns segundos.
Coloque em uma vasilha de boca para baixo para que tome forma.
Como eu queria uma cestinha pequena, usei um desses copinhos para água com gás que a gente toma antes do cafezinho.
Enquanto esfria, vá moldando a cestinha com os dedos e só depois de fria retire do molde.
Sem muitos mistérios, aí está sua cestinha pronta para receber o recheio que você escolher!!!
