Tenho um pessegueiro na porta de casa e quando ele produz bastante (e a criançada deixa alguns) faço doce em calda. Acho o máximo sentir o perfume que invade meu lar enquanto o doce está no fogo e fico pensando na felicidade que foi plantar essa árvore. Comer então, é puro delírio. Como de qualquer jeito: quente, frio, sozinho, acompanhado....sem hora marcada!
Resolvi testar o doce fazendo uma sobremesa em duas versões.
Uma mais "caipira" e outra mais "chic".
Não me perguntem qual a melhor...eu não saberia dizer, mas como amo Vinho do Porto, posso ficar tendenciosa.
Não tem mistério: aqueça o doce, bem quente mesmo. Coloque em uma cumbuca individual e ao lado coloque uma bela bola de sorvete (eu preferi o de Creme).
Na versão "chic" regue com Vinho do Porto.
Na versão "caipira" regue com uma cachaça de excelente qualidade. Flambe.
Sirva imediatamente.
Ah, se não tiver o doce caseiro, use o de lata mesmo. O legal é improvisar essa sobremesa com ares de quem não quer elogios.
